
Sally Cox, LIMHP, LMHP, LADC
Hastings – Rehabilitation Services Program Director
Sally started working at SCBS in 1990 and has held the position of a Program Director since 2009. Sally is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Nebraska. She is also a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, a National Certified Counselor, a registered provider for Probation and a Motivational Interviewing Trainer and Coder. Sally is an activist in providing information on behavioral health to help reduce stigma and promote better understanding.

Sarah Hock, LIMHP, LMHP, LADC
Kearney – Rehabilitation Services Program Director
Sarah began working at South Central Behavioral Services in 2007 as an outpatient therapist. She received her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from UNK. Sarah started as Outpatient Program Director in 2016 and Rehab Service’s Program Director in Kearney in 2017. Sarah is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Sarah is on the registered service provider list for probation.

Sara Wioskowski
Residential Rehabilitation Services Coordinator
Sara started working for SCBS in 2003 and has been the Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator since 2013. She grew up in Edgar, NE. She received her Associates Degree in Human Services with Certification as a Psych Tech from Central Community College in Hastings. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology from Bellevue University. She resides with her family in Hastings.

Lisa Stidd
Hastings – Rehabilitation Recovery Specialist
Lisa started working at Opportunity House in January 2017. She grew up in Hastings, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Hastings College in 2006. She teaches classes at Opportunity House to educate clients on mental and physical health. She helps teach clients independent living skills by assisting them with different maintenance tasks.

Steph Figgins
Hastings – Rehabilitation Recovery Specialist
Stephanie started working at SCBS in 2006 after working at HRC for 14 years. She graduated from Hastings College with Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Psychology. Her favorite part of the day is preparing the meal each day for the clients. She teaches classes and enjoys seeing the clients grow and meet their goals.

Angie Flood
Hastings – Rehabilitation Recovery Specialist
Angie started working at SCBS in January of 2020. She graduated from Hastings College in 2016 with a BA in Sociology. She works at both ABLE House and Opportunity House in Hastings. Angie’s favorite part of her day is seeing the clients and doing fun activities with them. Angie grew up in Black Hawk, CO and has been in the mental health field for 7 years. In Angie’s spare time she enjoys fishing, riding motorcycles with her husband and visiting with her family, especially her mom.

Staci Kirstine
Support Staff
Staci worked for SCBS from 2006-2015 as an Administrative Assistant and returned to the agency in October 2019 to work as a Support Staff/Receptionist. She realized how much she enjoyed working with people and came back! Staci currently works with the rehabilitation programs at the Opportunity House. She received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Central Community College in 1996. Staci believes people can change and feels she can make a difference to help communities understand behavioral health and that it is essential to wellbeing!

Christine Leonard
Transportation Specialist
Christine started working at SCBS in 2002. She grew up in Hastings. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from UNK in Human Development & Family Relations. She has been working as Transportation Specialist since 2007.

Brittany Layton
Hastings – Community Support Worker
Brittany started working at SCBS in 2009; she worked in Residential Rehab until 2011 when she started working in Community Support. In 2020 she became the Community Support Coordinator. Brittany grew up in Hastings. She received an Associate’s Degree in Human services from CCS and a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science through Bellevue University.

Lulu Lopez
Hastings – Community Support Worker
Lulu returned to SCBS after being gone for two years in her previous position as a Community Support worker. Lulu has over 10 years of experience in the direct staff field. She is a mother of two boys and lives in Hastings. She enjoys being with her family and considers herself a social butterfly. Her education background is an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Andy Gartner
Hastings – Community Support Worker
Andy started working at SCBS in October 2022 as the newest Community Support person. He grew up on a farm outside of Hastings and graduated from UNK with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work in 2020. Andy has been involved with local community organizations since 2015 and has lived in Nebraska all his life. He is currently working on enrolling for his Master’s degree and earning his LIMHP and MSW.

Bobbi Branch
Kearney – Community Support Worker
Bobbi earned her Associates of Applied Science-Human Services from Central Community College in 2004. She started working at SCBS in 2008 in the Day Rehab program, and then transferred into the Community Support program in November 2016.
