Bob started working for SCBS in 2005 as a direct care staff. A Hastings native and Hastings College graduate, Bob received his Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trident University International and is currently the CEO for SCBS.

Kelli Brueggemann

Administrative Services Program Director

 

Kelli started working at SCBS in August 2005. She held the Administrative Assistant position in the Administrative Services Office from October 2008- December 2021. Kelli’s primary responsibilities include the supervision of staff, oversight of fiscal operations, Human Resources and Accounts Receivable. Kelli earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in May 2005.

Donna began her employment with SCBS in December of 1998 and held the Administrative Services Director position from March of 2005 through December of 2021. She received her Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Donna is responsible for oversight of all fiscal operations and various administrative tasks. She is also a member of the information technology group.

Michelle Schneider

Michelle began her second round of employment with SCBS in 2010. She had over 15 years of experience with SCBS across various rehab programs, prior to transitioning into the Administration team in August 2020. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Special Education from Hastings College in 2006. Michelle has a passion for helping individuals grow and learn new skills.

Tammy Chamberlin

IT Coordinator

 

Tammy grew up outside of Oshkosh, Nebraska and graduated from University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Management. She started at SCBS in May 2017 and serves at the IT Coordinator and Corporate Security Officer. Tammy is also a Child Passenger Safety Technician, offering assistance to our Children’s Services program as needed. Tammy lives outside of Kearney with her family and enjoys camping and the outdoors.

Christine Bischoff

Christine Bischoff

CCBHC Project Director

 

Christine began working for SCBS in the Children’s Services program in 2015 as a Youth and Family Specialist and then transitioned to the Resource Development Specialist position in 2018. When SCBS received the CCBHC grant in 2022, she took on the Project Director role for this grant. Christine received her Bachelors of Science Degree from UNK with a major in Criminal Justice in 2014. Christine is one of the agency’s certified Forte trainers.
